Topic: Introduction to the pfSense open source firewall and router.

Presenter: Calvin Hendryx-Parker

Mr. Hendryx-Parker will be giving a presentation entitled “Introduction to the pfSense open source firewall and router.” He will go over the features of this great security appliance and show how it back be used as a home gateway device and also how it can perform mission critical routing at the datacenter including the ability to handle BGP and High-Availability. He also runs pfSense at his home and in the Enterprise at 2 datacenters.

Board members are elected at the CINLUG Annual Meeting in February of each year. We will also draw the annual door prizes at the February meeting.
