September 7, 2022 — CINLUG Hybrid Meeting

Central INdiana Linux User Group’s (CINLUG’s) September meeting is coming up… and we have a new start time! This and future meetings will begin at 18:30 (6:30 PM) Eastern time.

We are fortunate to have Mike Cowper1 speak on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).

For some time, now, installing a GNU/Linux distribution using default options will result in an operating system with IPv6 enabled. But how much do you really know about that protocol? Mike will introduce you to IPv6, including tips on confirming that it works.

Come join us at Moser Consulting’s facility (6220 Castleway West Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46250) for this informative talk & discussion! (Many thanks to Moser Consulting for allowing us to use their facilities!) There will be a phone number at the entrance to call to be let into the building.

The meeting will be simultaneously broadcast over Jitsi Meet for those who cannot attend in person.

Please subscribe to CINLUG’s announce mailing list for future meeting notifications and calendar invites.
