Indianapolis now Microsoft poster child

Back in September I noticed with sadness that the Microsoft anti Linux page listed Indianapolis as an example of a government that had signed up for a Microsoft solution over Linux:

working well

We've seen how well the GIS apps work in non-IE browsers.

Most of the web apps I've worked on I've tested in multiple browsers. A lot of websites don't seem to follow the "works with any browser" policy.
