People say Microsoft paid $14M for using the Rolling Stones song 'Start me up' in their commercials. This is wrong. Microsoft paid $14M only for a part of the song. For instance, they didn't use the line 'You'll make a grown man cry'.

I'm developing a web application based on the perl framework, Catalyst. I need apache2, mod_perl, perl 5.8.1 or higher, Postgresql 8+, ImageMagick, shell access, and the capability to install additonal perl modules. A virtual private server would be ideal. I'd prefer not to have to take a second mortgage as well :-)

I use linode.com. A colleague of mine uses rimuhosting.com. They run about $20/mo for the basic plan.
