IN BMV Flops using .NET

I've been looking all over for info on the companies who are responsible for the Indiana BMV debacle...looks like Unisys and Quest Information Systems (a local Indy company) are to blame...but even better...they are using .NET. Too bad they didn't use an Open Source solution! For shame!
